Science Projects Integrating Computing and Engineering (SPICE)

Funded by the National Science Foundation, SRI Education designed and developed a computational modeling curriculum for upper elementary students using a principled design process based on established design approaches–Evidence Centered Design, Knowledge Integration, and Informed Engineering. The unit developed was a 6-week unit that integrated science, engineering, and computational thinking concepts and practices.
